| eQuickPost is a secure
way to exchange documents without mailing or faxing. With
eQuickPost you can send documents over the Internet regardless
of which application they are created in. eQuickPost captures
your original document exactly the way you created it,
so you'll never have to worry about the format being altered
and looking unprofessional.
eQuickPost doesn't require you to use any new software
or complicated downloads. All you need is your Web browser.
Once you have selected a document to send, eQuickPost
creates an image of the document that is unalterable
and legally authentic. The image is saved on the eQuickPost
server. eQuickPost then sends a link to the image by
email to the recipient. When the recipient clicks the
link, the document is displayed in their Web browser.
The eQuickPost interface is very similar to your email
client. Your personalized account will include:
- Inbox—Displays a list of
the messages in that you have received.
- Outbox—Displays a list of
messages you have sent.
- Compose—Creates a new message.
All messages that are sent are copied in the Outbox.
- Options—Allows you to customize
your eQuickPost settings.
- Address Book—Allows you to
store contact information for parties you send documents
to frequently.
eQuickPost creates a complete audit trail that allows
you to track what documents have been sent and received.
eQuickPost even notifies you when the recipient has
viewed the document you have sent.
